South Australia’s sportstech innovators are set to take centre stage. The Department for State Development in collaboration with the Australian Sports Technology Network (ASTN) and Helix Group invite you to the 2025 South Australian Sports Technology Showcase. The Sports Technology Showcase will be held during SA’s bustling 2025 Gather Round Festival, celebrating the creativity, innovation and leadership of South Australian companies already servicing the sports sector, or those that are keen to explore.

ASTN delivers Sportstech Showcase at AFL Gather Round

In collaboration with the Helix Group and the South Australian Department of State Development (DSD), ASTN has delivered a sportstech showcase as part of the AFL Gather Round activities in Adelaide.

Proceedings were opened by Hon. Joe Szakacs MP, Minister for Trade and Investment following a Welcome to Country by Tim White, from the Department of State Development.

12 sportstech businesses from South Australia had been selected through an Expression of Interest process to showcase their products, services and solutions and pitch to a wide range of stakeholders attending the event. Pitches by cellR, ClubDucks, CME, CyberSolve IQ, Earthling 3.0, Go2Coach, Invictus, Lumin, myVenue, Rubber Side Down, SportAL and Your Brain Health stimulated plenty of discussions following a panel discussion with Janelle Cuthbertson, Port Adelaide Captain, Dan Johnston, CCO Adelaide Football Club, and Ben Walch, PlayHQ moderated by Luke van Kempen of The Helix Group.
