Tania is a successful global business executive with over 20 years’ experience working with large B2B organizations on developing and executing commercial and operational strategies.

Tania has previously held senior roles at Thoughtworks, and in management consultancy firms, partnering with enterprise clients on initiatives ranging from business and commercial strategies to operations and delivery. In addition to her primary roles, Tania is proud of her work and support in Women in Leadership and mentoring up and coming leaders. Her educational background includes a B.A. from the University of Virginia in Economics and Quantitative Finance and an M.S. from Johns Hopkins University in Management Information Systems. She is also an avid public speaker on the topics of customer experience and behaviours, innovation, and storytelling.

Scott is an experienced commercial leader with an extensive career in the sport, venue & entertainment industry that has spanned over 17 years.

After studying Marketing at both undergraduate and post-graduate levels at La Trobe University, completing his studies in 2005, Scott joined the St Kilda Football Club’s commercial team in 2007, leading the commercial sales team during a period of significant commercial growth with record levels of corporate and sponsorship revenue.

In 2012 Scott joined the Port Adelaide Football Club as the General Manager – Corporate Sales & Partnerships where he led the rebuilding of the Club’s commercial sponsorship and premium portfolio, including the transition of the Club’s corporate program to the new Adelaide Oval. Scott returned to Melbourne in 2014 to join the AFL as the league’s Head of Corporate Sales before progressing to senior leadership roles in charge of the AFL and Marvel Stadium’s key consumer and premium revenue streams, along with the AFL industry membership agenda.

In his current role as General Manager Marvel Stadium, Scott has holistic responsibility for all facets of Marvel Stadium’s business and operations in what is an exciting period of growth for the venue following the completion of the $225m stadium redevelopment.
