Dr Kellie Pritchard-Peschek is a Performance Scientist, Executive Women’s Health Coach, Speaker, and Founder of Dr Kellie Rose. Kellie worked for over a decade with Olympic athletes globally, supporting them to achieve medal-winning performances on the world stage. After experiencing a debilitating burnout in the pursuit of her sports career, Kellie founder her executive coaching business where she is on a mission to equip professional women with science-based strategies to break the cycle of burnout, and cultivate sustainable health and peak performance.
Nicolai Morris
Nicolai Morris is one of Australia’s top strength and conditioning coaches, with over 17 years of experience. She has been instrumental in the success of World Champion and 2x Olympic medallist Nicola Olyslagers, guiding her through two Olympic cycles. Nicolai’s experience spans roles with Collingwood AFLW, the Australian Women's Hockey Team, and top-tier teams like NZ Rowing. Holding a Master’s in Strength and Conditioning and an elite Level 3 ASCA certification, she now channels her expertise into optimizing workplace performance with the same precision and dedication.
Kurt Vogel
Kurt Vogel is a distinguished physical performance coach, sport scientist, and educator with nearly two decades of experience. Holding masters degrees in Exercise Science, Research, and an MBA in Innovation & Leadership, Kurt has significantly contributed to the sports industry, particularly in advancing sports science and technology. His work includes developing courses in Technology and Data Science in Strength & Conditioning and innovating in athlete testing protocols. Recognised for his impact, Kurt has received awards like ESSA Sport Scientist of the Year and the ASCA Bruce Walsh Award. He remains committed to mentoring the next generation of sports science professionals.
Aroha Leigh
Aroha Leigh is a seasoned management professional with over 20 years of experience in Franchise Business, Operations, and Client Engagement. As the Head of Product for the APAC region at Lift Brands, a global leader in the fitness industry, Aroha plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of Snap Fitness and Fitness On Demand. A Certified Franchise Executive known for her strategic acumen, she consistently transforms ideas into successful outcomes. Aroha is also actively involved in the Women in Franchising Council, where she drives growth and innovation in her field.
Ellie Beer
Ellie Beer is a dual Olympian who competed at both the Tokyo and Paris Olympics. At just 16 years old, she became the youngest Australian ever selected for the World Championships in 2019. A talented sprinter, Ellie made her Olympic debut in the 4x400m relay in Tokyo and continued her success by representing Australia in the 400m at the Paris Olympics. Her achievements have established her as one of the country’s leading athletes.
Jackson Collins
Jackson Collins is an Olympic silver medallist in Men’s K4 at the Paris Olympics, whose journey from a promising AFL career to becoming a world-class kayaker is a testament to his resilience. Following injuries that ended his AFL ambitions, Jackson transitioned to kayaking, where he quickly excelled, earning gold at the U23 World Championships and silver at the 2022 Canoe Sprint World Championships. His accomplishments reflect both his dedication and strength to continue to pursue excellence in the face of adversity. Jackson continues to push the boundaries in his sport, inspiring future generations of athletes.
