The ruling comes one year after IMG in March 2023 filed a legal claim for inducing or procuring breaches of contract and unlawful means conspiracy against rival Stats Perform at the UK's High Court of Justice. More specifically, IMG alleges that Stats Perform hired scouts to collect live betting data across several European football/soccer leagues exclusively contracted with IMG.
