ASTN and our partners, SportWest and the Government of Western Australia (New Industries Fund) welcome you to our 6th ASTN networking event in Perth where we will hear from leading voices from WA’s and Australia’s world-class sportstech industry.

As part of its partnership with the City of Gold Coast, ASTN has been working with stakeholders to strengthen the region’s rapidly growing sportstech ecosystem. The partnership which was announced in June last year, has delivered many engagement activities, workshops and culminated in a Sportstech Strategy Roundtable prepared and facilitated by ASTN Queensland State Manager, Nikita Vogel.

ASTN Continues Partnership with Taiwan Sportstech Accelerator. ASTN is proud to continue our global collaboration with the APEC Sports Policy Network (ASPN) Sports Tech Accelerator in 2025. From March 26-29 ASTN was in Taiwan to participated in two key events as part of this valued partnership with the Taiwan Sports Administration and IAPS NYCU Accelerator, who facilitate these outstanding initiatives.

Sports Business Journal's Tech Week brings together the most forward-thinking leaders in sport to drive innovation and foster a collaboration. A group of students from the Global Institute visited ASTN at the Australian Sports Innovation Centre of Excellence (ASICE) in Cremorne. The group accompanied by GIS’ master of ceremonies and facilitator, Mark Clemmit and GIS staff Ray Boggiano and May Hayden met with ASTN Chair Martin Schlegel and ASTN COO Amy Crosland to learn about the impact technology has on the business of sport.
